Sauteed Scallops with Garlic are a delicious way to cook scallops well at home! This is a pretty low-carb dish, but I did use the tiniest amount of flour to dredge the scallops, less than 1 tsp. of flour per serving. I’m guessing you could omit the flour too if you prefer.
