Protein contains all of the essential muscle building amino acids you need in your body to increase your muscle building potential, and speed up recovery. If you want to bulk up and get big, you have to eat protein at every meal. A good rule is 20-30 grams of protein at every single meal of the day depending on your body weight.

Most guys are naturally skinny because they have a fast metabolism. If you want to give your body the best chance to bulk up and gain lean muscle mass you need to consume quality calories every 3 hours. This will make your body an anabolic machine and help you gain weight and bulk up. Constantly feeding your body will be better for those anabolic muscle building hormones, and you will be constantly supplying your body with vital nutrients, protein, and amino acids.

1:10 – Tip Number Three: Stay Away from Sugar
