Ingredients:
poha/aval : 1 1/2 tbsp
homemade curd: 1/4 cup or about 4 tbsp
garlic: 1 clove
ginger: 1/4 inch
a handful of coriander leaves
1 sprig of curry leaves
1/4 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
3 peppercorns
1 green chilli
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
shallots/cheriya ulli: 2-3 chopped
