A Sandwich without bread is my today recipe, Tofu Sandwich
You will need
firm tofu
minced beef
lettuce,tomato, onion
dried garlic & herbs
honey
salt & Pepper
First, we need to cut the tofus in half
Next, have the baking sheet ready and place the tofus on that
and season with a little bit of salt, pepper & dried garlic & herbs
Then set it aside
Cut the onion, we will just need a quarter of it and finely chop
add the chopped onion into the minced beef, salt & pepper
, honey and mix everything well
Then shape it to fit our tofu
and bring both tofu & the beef to cook in the oven for 10 minutes
while we are waiting, let’s prepare our veggie for the sandwich
and to form our sandwich, first the tofu, lettuce
, tomato, beef, tomato, lettuce and again tofu. That’s it
