EGG-cellent Breakfast Sandwich
2 eggs
1/4 avocado
2 pieces of bread (I used grain free, gluten free bread)
salsa or ketchup
Cha Cha Cha Chia Pudding
just under 1 cup of almond milk (chocolate or regular)
1/4 cup chia seeds
stevia or sweetener to taste
*refrigerate overnight or minimum 2 hours
Peanut Butter Parfait
yogurt (Greek or dairy free coconut yogurt)
top with peanut butter or PB2
add coffee beans for an interesting taste hehe 🙂
chia seeds & coconut
Protein Pancakes
3 egg whites
cinnamon
Perfect Fit Protein – Chocolate
3 Tbs almond milk
blend everything together & cook like pancake
Coffee
chocolate almond milk
cinnamon
stevia
