I have been intermittent fasting for about four months now so I thought I would do a little update on how it has changed my life and a little what I eat in a day. This is not a physique update because I am not using intermittent fasting for weight loss and I’m currently bulking so that kind of makes it a moot point.

«Healthy Hot Chocolate Recipe:
To reduce stress, balance cortisol levels, and balance hormones
•1 cup plant milk
•1.5 tsp cacao powder
•.5 tsp ashwagandha powder
•.5 tsp maca powder
•Splash of coconut oil
•Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
•Sweetener (agave, maple syrup, coconut nectar) to taste
