Hi Everyone,
So finally I am sharing a food post after a long time. This is a healthy recipe and very easy to prepare, Hope you all enjoy 🙂
Ingredients:
Whole wheat pasta 100gm
2 Large Tomato
1 Large Onion Sliced
2 to 3 Green Chilli Chopped
Oregano
Dr Oatkar Pasta & Pizza Sauce
Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp
1 egg
5 to 6 cloves of garlic chopped
Salt to Taste.
Vegetable oil or Olive Oil
First Boil Water and add the pasta into it. Add 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil into the water while boiling the pasta.
Strain and keep it aside.
In a pan heat 2 tsp of oil and add the garlic into it. Saute for few min until the raw smell goes away make sure it do not burn. After that add in the onion and green chilli. Saute for few mins until the onion turn light brown, then add in the Tomato puree. Cook for few mins util the rawness of tomato gets removed then add into it One table spoon of pasta and pizza sauce. Then the tomato ketchup and sprinkle 1 tsp of oregano. finally add salt to taste. mix well and cook for 2 mins, then remove from heat. On the same hot pan add the pasta and mix well.
Scramble the egg without oil on a separate pan and garnish it on top of the pasta (Optional)
Server and enjoy 🙂
