WHAT I USED:
-GRAPESEED OIL (to cook with)
-MINCED GARLIC
-ORGANIC GROUND TURKEY
-ORGANIC GREENS: Baby Kale, Baby Spinach, Asian Greens
-ORGANIC BROCCOLI
-TERIYAKI SAUCE (don’t use too much, just enough for a base)
-LIQUID AMINOS
-WHITE CHIA SEED
-SEASONINGS (Garlic Black Pepper, Steakhouse Blend, Mrs. Dash Original)
*TIP- Dilute your Chia Seed Teriyaki Sauce with a cup of WATER to get more sauce and take away some of the saltiness! Also, add any meat of your choice instead of ground turkey, or right in with it! I chose white meat chicken!
