Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you how to make some healthy breakfast ideas for school and some healthy breakfast recipes for back to school that are easy and yummy. I hope you enjoy these breakfast recipes healthy and breakfast ideas that can help you stay on track, plus they easy breakfast recipes for school!

blueberry muffin overnight oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup blueberries mashed with fork
1 tablespoon chia seeds
splash vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp lemon zest
6 tbs almond milk
Chill overnight
MY FAV GRANOLA!!!:

green muffins
1 cup oats
2 tbs ground flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup spinach leaves
2 tbs coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbs chia with 3 tbs water
1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes

stuffed sweet potato
half banana
1 tbs almond butter
1 tbs chia seeds
Bake sweet potato 400F for 1 hour, I like to make a few in advance and then just warm them up in the morning 🙂
