You will need:

1/2 cup grass fed butter
2 cage free eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour
2 cups fresh/frozen blueberries

Directions:

Mix All Ingredients and pour into muffin tray
Bake at 350 F 12 to 20 minutes depending on elevation
