Today I want to share with you all Egg diet plan for weight loss.
This diet is very effective, you can lose up to 3Kg, weight in 1 week from this diet.

Eggs are an incredibly versatile food. From scrambled to poached, there are many ways to cook an egg exactly the way you like it.
One egg yolk has around 55 calories, 4.5 grams of total fat and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, 210 mg of cholesterol, 8 mg of sodium, and 2.7 grams of protein.
So, we are not going to use yellow part of egg which is yolk.
In video I share 2 recipe of white egg. I have given you 2 breakfast option in above video.
Breakfast :- First option is you can have egg white veggies omelette with big apple and a cup of green Tea.
Second option:- You can cook white part of egg with veggies and can have it with one multi grain roti, along with warm cup of green Tea.
after 2 hours of breakfast- Eat Orange or Guava, in one quantity.
Lunch:- Lunch should be, 2 boil egg white, Tomatoes, onion and some lemon drops.
Evening Tea:- Green Tea, Roasted Channa, or 6 almonds.
Dinner:- It should be steam broccoli, or papaya or 2 slice of Pineapple.
