» Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
in the blender:
– 2 cups cauliflower (steamed or boiled)
– 1/2 cup chopped cremini mushrooms
– 1/4 cups cashews
– 1 cup veggie stock
– 1/4 cup almond milk (add more depending on consistency)
– 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp onion powder
– salt & pepper to taste
» Peanut Tofu Bowl
the sauce:
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
(bake tofu at 420°F for 15 minutes)
» Best Lettuce Wraps EVERRR OKKKKK
– 1/2 package extra firm tofu
– 2 cups chopped cremini mushrooms
– 1 can water chestnuts, drained
– 1 tsp grated ginger
– 1 tsp minced garlic
sauce:
– 2 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Q: Are all products you use vegan?
A: No. Although I eat a vegan diet, not all products I use on a day to day basis are vegan. Therefore, semantically correct, I am plant-based.
