Food groups to consume in eczema:
1. Omega 3 fatty acids: Ensures a healthy skin cell
Foods to consume: Salmon, tuna, mackerel & fare like flax seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds & whole soy products
2. Vitamin A & C: Help to rebuild the skin tissue
Foods to consume: Broccoli, tomatoes, mangoes, papayas, carrots and melons
3. Probiotics: Help in growth of good bacteria which boosts
immunity and promotes healing
Foods to consume: Yogurt
4. Vitamin E & Zinc: Assist in faster recovery from eczema
Foods to consume: Nuts, seeds & dark green leafy vegetables

Recipes based on the above food groups:
Recipe 1: Mango & melon cooler
1. Take 1 mango and 1 banana in a blender.Add 1 chopped
mango in a blender
2. Add 4-5 muskmelon pieces
3. Add 1 banana as well
4. Add 4-5 muskmelon pieces
5. Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp honey
6. Mix Add a drop of vanilla essence to it
7. Now blend all these ingredients together
8. Keep it in the refrigerator and chill it for 2 hours
9. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve
Recipe 2: Soybean & flax seed pancake
1. Soak a cup of soy beans & 2 tbsp flax seeds in water
overnight
2. Strain the water in the morning
3. Add 1 chopped green chilly
4. Add ½ inch of ginger
5. Add ½ cup water
6. Put this mixture in a blender
7. Grind to make a smooth paste
8. Remove this in a bowl
9. Add 3 tbsp rice flour to it
10. Add 1 tsp salt
11. Mix this batter well
12. Now heat 1 tsp oil on a non stick pan
13. Take about a cup of this batter and spread it gently on the
pan
14. Allow it to cook
15. Lift it from the edge to check if it’s done
16. Once done, turn it over
17. Allow this side to cook as well
Your pan cake is ready once it is golden brown on both sides. Have this with some coconut chutney
