Hey guys! I wanted to share my 10 healthy habits that I think everyone should know with you today! I am collabing with Liv who is a YouTuber who does AMAZING healthy food videos! I know a lot of you always request healthy food video, and I love talking about health, fitness, and staying happy in your health journey. I included some friendship tips, health hacks, food hacks, and other tips that help keep you healthy and happy. Getting enough sun and water are things that we overlook all the time, but they’re so important!

Also, having people you can count on and healthy relationships is a huge component as well. I also talk about getting enough vitamin C since we are the only mammals that don’t produce our own. I also make sure to take quiet time for myself and reflect. All of these things add to a healthy lifestyle that keeps me focused on staying happy and healthy for 2017.
