Today video is based on Weight Loss Detox Tea Recipe | How to Make Healthy Detox Tea Recipe for Weight Loss.

If you don’t have time for diet and exercise than you should try this drink, it helps in detoxify your body, remove acne and all impurities from body.

I love my Tulsi and ginger tea, It makes me feel fresh and light.

These tea remove, acidity, constipation, improve skin complexion, and weight loss.

1. Tea is Aloe vera tea:- I always use fresh aloe vera gel for face pack and for any drink.

Aloe Vera is packed with vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, folic acid, and niacin, all of which help to burn calories and reduce body fat.

2. Orange peel Tea:- orange peels are a natural ally for weight loss. If you use them to prepare a tea, you will increase your metabolism, eliminate fat from the body, and boost your energy levels. You can drink two glasses of tea a day, one after waking up and one in the afternoon.

Boil orange peel in water for one minute and than you are ready to go.

3. Tulsi and Ginger Tea:- According to the Organic India website, tulsi tea “strengthens digestion and a healthy metabolism that may promote weight loss.

Ginger:- Ginger contains chromium, magnesium and zinc which can help prevent chills, fever, and excessive sweat. Plus, it acts as an antihistamine and hence is useful in dealing with allergies. Ginger tea is used for weight loss as it increases metabolism, stimulates circulation and excretion of toxins from the body.

Take 6 leaves of Tulsi and small slice of Ginger. Boil it for one minute.

4. Turmeric Tea:- The turmeric tea is effective thanks to its thermogenic effects which accelerate the metabolism and burn fat faster, resulting in quick, but safe weight loss.

Take one Glass of water and half small spoon of Turmeric powder. Boil it for 1 minute.

5. Cinnamon and Honey Tea:- Honey alone has been shown to contain antioxidants and enzymes that have various healthy effects on the body. Findings on cinnamon are equally as promising, with research suggesting that it can do everything from boosting your metabolism to lowering your cholesterol. On their own these two items should play a part in your regular diet.

I always use cinnamon stick for my Tea, not a powder.

Take 3 cinnamon Sticks and boil it for 1 minute and add spoon of honey once it coll down.
