INGREDIENTS
SE RVINGS 1 UNITS
• 100 gms Cottage cheese (Low Fat is optional)
• 50 gms Capsicum
• 50 gms Peas
• 50 gms Tomato (1 Small)
• 2 Green Chilies (Optional)
• 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 Tsp minced ginger
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 Tsp Pepper
• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
• 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
• Salt
DIRECTIONS
• Heat Oil in pan to medium heat
• Add Cumin seeds , chilies & Ginger in the pan and give a whisk for 1 min.
• Add capsicum, tomato & peas and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes.
• Once veges are done add cottage cheese and lemon juice and cook for a minute
• Serve hot and enjoy the meal
