Do you always look up “weight loss hacks that actually work?” …if so, seriously try this for breakfast of my avo on sourdough toast (with egg, optional) for a month straight. It’s one diet change that I’m so happy I’ve made, it regulates appetite/keeps me fuller for longer than sweet breakfasts do and it’s so healthy and yummy and easy and quick and filling and ahh yas!
