Hey hey healthy army!!
I’m back with another health video! This was highly requested after my ‘What I Eat In A Day’ video. Meal prep helps me save so much time and keeps me on track with my diet as I’ve been extremely busy with work and studies lately. Please try meal prepping for a week and see the difference it makes! I can also make a full meal prep of all the meals if you guys are interested! In the meantime,I hope you enjoy my Meal Prep to LOSE WEIGHT + Get shredded video! Stay Happy! Stay Healthy!

Lunch Recipe

-Chicken thigh fillets 500g
-Garlic + Ginger paste 1Tbs
-Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
-Salt to taste
-Cracked black pepper 1tbs
-Red chilli powder/flakes- to taste
– Dried Thyme Leaves- 1 tbs
– Sweet potato- 1/2 of a large
– Carrots- 4 whole
– 1 whole onion
– 2-3 cloves garlic

Snack options
– Vegetables + hummus
– Dates
– Trail mix (Almonds, Pistachios, walnuts, Brazilian nuts, Pepita +sunflower seeds)
– Dark chocolate
– Fruits- Banana/ apples

Hummus recipe:
Chickpeas- 1 can
Garlic- 2 Cloves
Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon
Tahini- 1tbs
Cumin seeds- to taste
Salt- to taste
1/4- 1/2 cup water
