Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Strawberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Pumpkin Seeds
1 Banana

Directions
Slice up Banana.
Layer Banana, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Greek Yogurt, and Pumpkin Seeds in a tall glass.
Add a Mint Leaf for a fun garnish.

Christine’s Tips
The potassium in Bananas can help reduce bloating.
You can change this recipe up by substituting Walnuts or another kind of fruit, such as Pomegranate or Blueberries.
