Healthy Green Paratha
Servings – 2 – 3
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour – 200 grams
Radish leaves – 35 grams
Spinach puree – 60 grams
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Green chili paste – 1 teaspoon
Coriander – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 1/2 teaspoons
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Water

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams wheat flour, 35 grams radish leaves, 60 grams spinach puree, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili paste, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.
2. Add water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
4. Take a medium size ball from the dough.
5. Roll the ball with the help of rolling pin.
6. Place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for three minutes.
7. When the base is partially cooked.
8. Flip the paratha and spread some oil on the partly cooked part.
9. When the second side is cooked, then flip again and spread some oil on the paratha.
10. Flip once or twice more, so that the paratha is evenly cooked.
11. Top with butter.
12. Serve hot.
