Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Banana Flip (OWL)
Video
Description
In partnership with FaveHealthyRecipes, this recipe is similar to my very popular low carb whoopie pie recipe. One viewer said it reminded them of their banana flip snack cakes they used to eat pre-Atkins, and I was happy to oblige them in making one officially for them. It was extremely simple to make, and my kids wolfed down the first batch before I even had a chance to take a photo of them. I took that as a good sign they were pretty tasty.
