One of my favourite pieces of equipment to do aerobic training would be to use the treadmill. One thing that’s good about it is that it’s a little bit easier on the knees than running outside. As well as there’s no excuses about the weather so you can really stay consistent with your aerobic training.

For those who haven’t really embarked on any aerobic or cardiovascular training before I would recommend starting with a speedwalking kind of speed. And make sure you’re swinging your arms. And just get yourself going for about 20 to 30 minutes every other day two to three times a week let’s say.
As you feel your confidence grows feel free to step up the intensity and go into a small jog shall we say and start to progress slowly as you feel comfortable. And that would be a good way to start off your aerobic training.
