4 rounds (30 seconds of each exercise equals one round)
00:29 Prisoner in and out squats / Make sure you do them as fast as you can.
00:52 Soccer kicks] / If you’re feeling pains in your lower back, put your arms in the front.
01:20 High jumps / Jump as high as you can, this will activate all your muscles for max fat burn.
