Workout breakdown:

3 Exercises/ 3 Rounds / No Rest

Six Pack Swipes or Windshield Wipers(more difficult)- 10 Reps

Bicycles- 10 Reps Each Side

Leg Raises With A Hip Thrust- 10 Reps
