So here it is as requested my daily meal routine I eat every 2 to 3 hours a day which is about 6 meals. Of course this is one day example of my customized plan to reach my goals. I vary my meals with different sources of lean protein with healthy carbs and whole grains. I have snacks in between meals like fruits vegetables and small servings of protein during mid-morning and mid-afternoon which help me avoid overeating at lunch or dinner time.
