Drinking detox water is a great way to help rid your body of harmful toxins. Detox water aids in keeping your vital organs healthy. It’s also great to drink if you are trying to lose weight. Drink 6-8 glasses of detox water per day and you will not only be hydrated, but you will look and feel healthier!

CITRUS MINT DETOX WATER

1/2 Gallon Purified Water
1/2 Lemon, Sliced
1/2 Lime, Sliced
1/2 Grapefruit, Sliced
1/2 Orange, Sliced
1 Cup Cucumber, Sliced
1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
A Few Mint Leaves
Ice (Optional)

Mix all of the ingredients in a pitcher. Let the mixture steep in the refridgerator for a few hours before drinking. The longer it sits, the better the detox water tastes.
