In today’s video we’re talking about BREAKFAST! And I’m going to show you 3 healthy recipes for breakfast that take 10 minutes or less to make. We’ve got a breakfast toast 2 ways, delicious vegan pancakes and a berry quinoa salad. All simple, all healthy, all delicious!

BREAKFAST TOASTS:
◇ Base: 2 slices of bread
◇ Spreads: Almond Butter & Vegan Cream Cheese
◇ Toppings: Banana & Strawberries OR Avocado & Red Pepper Flakes

BLENDER BANANA PANCAKES:
◇ 3/4 cup quick oats
◇ 1 banana
◇ 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsp water)
◇ 1/2 tsp baking soda
◇ 1/4 cup almond milk

Blend on high until smooth. Cook over medium heat for 3 – 4 minutes, flip and cook another 2 – 3 until cooked through.
