The 300 Spartan workout was published some time ago now but has become a cult classic. Men’s health did a spread on it because it was one of the workouts the guys from the movie 300 did to get in such great shape.

Do a total of 300 reps from 6 different exercises as quick as you can with good form:
25 pull ups
50 deadlift
50 push ups
50 box jumps
50 floor wipers
25 kettlebell clean and press left arm
25 kettlebell clean and press right arm
25 pull ups

Instead of increasing the weight or the reps each workout like you would with a typical workout program, keep the weights and volume the same, but strive to do the workout faster. Each time you ado it you are looking to be your previous PR.
