Here it is finally! This is my diet and workout plan to stay lean while slowly gaining muscle mass as a natural lifter. This program is great for people who are new to bodybuilding or even intermediates who would like to switch things up for new results.

This is the introduction, video explaining the video series for the plan. The series is no longer only 7 videos because they are so long, therefore I split them into the seperate routines I perform each week so this may become a 20 video documentation. So please disregard that I say “seven videos” in these clips.
Also will be showing my recommended meal plan for a days worth of eating for this regimen. If you have a comfortable diet you are on then go ahead and skip to the next clip which is the first video of the body bulk (week 1). Stick around to the end to see what I eat for great results.
