INGREDIENTS :

1/2 Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Asafoetida / Hing
8 – 9 Curry leaves
1/2 tbsp Ginger – garlic paste
some Coriander leaves
2 chopped Green Chilies
Oil
1 chopped Tomato
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
some sprouted Moong
1 grated Carrot
Salt as per taste
sprouted ” Nachni / Ragi (Finger Millet)
