Rack Pulls
8 sets of 8 reps
Seated row (Close grip)
3 sets of 12 reps
Barbell row (Reverse grip)
3 sets of 12 reps
Lat pull down (Close grip)
3 sets of 12 reps
One Arm row (Throw)
3 sets of 12 reps
