Gastric problems occur mainly due to infections, like microorganisms or food poisoning or food intolerance or too much alcohol consumption or some kind of pain killers. Reasons need to be understood why they are caused.
Foods which cause gastric problems in the night are, radish, all kinds of crucifers, vegetables like Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, some kinds of cucumbers, pickles, beans of few types, rajma. These cause because they are very tough to digest. And some other fruits could be Apple, pears, peaches, some other vegetables could be green peas, and lentils. Sometimes Onions also can cause problems. Drinks which contain soda, beers, ales, for lactose intolerant, milk and milk products, ice creams.
