What is cabala Juice = Carrot (10 to 15 medium size) Apple red Beetroot x 1 Apple yellow Lemon x 1 Apple green. So 10 to 15 carrots, 3 apples, can be any color really. 1 x beetroot and 1 lemon juiced with skin on if organic.

Alkaline fruits are foods high in alkaline. We need alkaline food to keep our bodies in balance. PH balance is the level of alkalinity and acidity in a solution just like our bodies. It is measured between 0 to 14. 7 is neutral.
Our ideal ph balance is 7.30 to 7.45.
Ideally we should be eating 80% alkaline and 20% acidic foods.
