Question: What is your motivation to eat healthy and get your gym mojo back? Everyone falls off the fit train from time to time, including myself. My training has slowed down significantly with my baby’s due date fast approaching. It will ABSOLUTELY be hard for me to get back into the groove of things once I’m cleared to workout again. So, like me, I’m sure you struggle with motivation to eat healthy. But you’re in luck, because I have two tools to help you.

Number 1: Write down your goals. Make smaller goals happen in the beginning. if you want to lose 30 pounds, tell yourself to cut back on sugar over a period of time in small amounts. Don’t shock your body with cutting sugar out completely in the beginning! Once your body adjusts, then you can start tracking your macros (proteins, carbs and fats) regularly. Number 2: Form a community of people (lovely women) who will support you and hold you accountable to your goals. Find your people. For me, it’s my awesome group of amazing Jessie’s Girls.
