Ragi Malt – Baby Food
INGREDIENTS
Ragi (Soaked & Sprouted) – 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/4 Cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 Tsp

METHOD
1. Soak Ragi for 24 hours in enough water.
2. Strain the water, keep it in a vessel with a lid closed.
3. Wash it once or twice in a day. Strain water completely.
4. Keep closed with a mesh lid.
5. Ragi gets sprouted in 48 hours.
6. Dry it under shade by spreading it on a clean cotton cloth.
7. Dry roast tablespoon full at a time.
8. Powder it in a mixie or mill it.
9. Sift it through five meshed sieve.
10. Mix with powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and keep it in a bottle.
11. Add a teaspoonful in hot milk and serve as a healthy drink to children.
