Back in January I quit drinking Diet Coke cold turkey. After spending most of the last 10 years or so having 1-2 Diet Cokes a day, it was definitely not easy. I never got headaches or felt “withdrawals”, I just missed the taste of it. It pairs so well with so many meals (like a nice wine. Ha)! Anyway, after being off of Diet Coke for almost 5 months now, I thought I would check-in with you guys to tell you what I’ve learned.
