1 carrot

Ingredients:

½ liter of water

125 g of oats

2 apples

1 lime

Preparation:

You should only use the pulp of apples, should liquefy it with ½ a liter of water. When this shake is well liquefied we should add the oats and if necessary a little more water. Subsequently, squeeze the lemon and add it to the oatmeal shake.
