ANOTHER VLOG! Just some day in the life footage, what I ate for lunch + dinner, my home arm workout & cardio machine!
WORKOUT:
Bicep Tri-Set x3
Regular 10
Hammer Curl 10
Wide Curl 10
Tricep Extensions: 3×15
(over head @ a diagonal- my joints work better with this angle)
KB Overhead Press Superset w/ Upright Row 3×15
Side Punches Superset w/Front Raises 3×15
Figure 8 Raises (until failure.. they’re hard, I mean look at my face lol)
Incline Pushups 3×12 (didn’t show bc I forgot to hit record!)
20-30 minutes on the stepper
