2 tsp Ginger Garlic Crushed
1 small Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
1/2 cup Grated Carrot
1/2 cup Chopped Spinach Leaves
Salt To Taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
Some Fresh Coriander
1 Egg Beaten
1 cup Brown Bread Crushed
