This is not a pretty pin, but it reminds me very vividly to get and stay in shape now, otherwise I will be morbidly obese (with all of the associated health problems and risks) like my poor Mom. At my fittest, I weighed 133 pounds, and I'm happy with that; my comfortable equilibrium is 148, though. :/
